1. Sponsor
The June is Digital Wallet Month at LB&T Sweepstakes is sponsored by Logan Bank & Trust Company, 43 Washington Avenue, Logan, West Virginia 25601, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor” or “LB&T.”
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Visa, Mastercard, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Samsung, or any other third party. Apple, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Apple Pay, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.
2. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2026.
All automatic entries and alternate entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible, except that mailed postcard entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by LB&T no later than July 3, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who reside in LB&T’s market area or otherwise maintain an eligible consumer deposit relationship with LB&T.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
• Employees, officers, and directors of Logan Bank & Trust Company;
• Employees, officers, and directors of Logan County Bancshares, Inc.;
• Immediate family members of the above individuals, including spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild;
• Individuals living in the same household as any excluded person, whether related or not;
• Vendors, advertising agencies, or third parties materially involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family or household members.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. How to Enter Automatically
During the Promotion Period, eligible customers may receive one automatic entry if their LB&T debit card is added to a supported digital wallet.
For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “digital wallet” may include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Wallet, or another digital wallet service supported by LB&T and its debit card processor.
Eligible customers who have already added their LB&T debit card to a supported digital wallet prior to the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, provided the debit card remains active and in good standing during the Promotion Period.
Eligible customers who add their LB&T debit card to a supported digital wallet during the Promotion Period will also receive one automatic entry.
5. Alternate Method of Entry
No purchase, transaction, digital wallet enrollment, account relationship, account activity, or use of a debit card is required to enter or win.
To enter without having or adding a debit card to a digital wallet, an eligible person may enter by mailing or delivering a postcard containing the entrant’s full name, mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address to:

Postcard entries may be mailed or dropped off at any LB&T branch during normal business hours during the Promotion Period. Mailed postcard entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by LB&T no later than July 3, 2026.
Alternate entries are limited to one entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period.
Automatic entries and alternate entries have equal odds of winning. No person may receive more than one total entry, regardless of entry method.
6. Entry Limits
There is a maximum of one total entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Use of multiple accounts, cards, devices, names, addresses, or other methods to exceed the entry limit may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s discretion.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, fraudulent, duplicated, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
7. Prizes
A total of ten prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prizes
Two grand prize winners will each receive:
• One Apple iPad
• Approximate Retail Value: $413 each
Second Prizes
Two second prize winners will each receive:
• One Apple Watch
• Approximate Retail Value: $329 each
Third Prizes
Six third prize winners will each receive:
• One set of Apple AirPods
• Approximate Retail Value: $99 each
Total Prize Pool
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,078.
Prize models, colors, sizes, features, and specifications will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize is unavailable for any reason.
Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. No prize substitution is permitted except by Sponsor.
8. Winner Selection
On or about July 8, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Ten potential winners will be selected in the following order:
1. First two names drawn: iPad grand prize winners;
2. Next two names drawn: Apple Watch winners;
3. Next six names drawn: AirPods winners.
Each eligible entrant may win only one prize. Once an entrant is selected as a potential winner, that entrant will not be eligible for additional prizes in this Sweepstakes.
The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or by a person or party designated by Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, mail, or other contact information available to Sponsor.
A potential winner may be required to:
• Confirm eligibility;
• Provide valid identification;
• Sign an affidavit or certification of eligibility;
• Sign a liability release;
• Sign a publicity release, where permitted by law;
• Complete any tax forms required by law;
• Claim the prize within the time period stated by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five business days, is found to be ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, refuses the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable messages, incorrect contact information, spam filtering, disconnected phone numbers, or any failure of a potential winner to receive or respond to a notification.
11. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and other costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting form if required by law.
12. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has:
• Violated these Official Rules;
• Tampered with the entry process;
• Attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
• Submitted false or misleading information;
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, or misconduct;
• Acted in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner;
• Attempted to undermine the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, processing errors, legal restrictions, security concerns, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is cancelled or modified, Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the prizes from among eligible entries received before the cancellation or modification.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Logan Bank & Trust Company, Logan County Bancshares, Inc., their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, vendors, advertising partners, and service providers from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or damaged entries;
• Technical failures or processing errors;
• Errors in debit card or digital wallet enrollment data;
• Unauthorized, fraudulent, reversed, or disputed activity;
• Printing, typographical, or advertising errors;
• Failure of any third-party system, mobile wallet provider, payment network, internet service, or communication platform;
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of a prize.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, state, photograph, and prize information for advertising, marketing, social media, website, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
A winner may be asked to sign a separate publicity release where permitted by law.
15. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting potential winners, awarding prizes, verifying eligibility, complying with legal requirements, and as otherwise permitted by LB&T’s privacy practices.
Customer account information and debit card/digital wallet enrollment information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and LB&T’s privacy and information security policies.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes may be advertised on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
By participating, entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and any applicable social media platform from any responsibility or liability related to the Sweepstakes.
17. Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not a sponsor of, does not endorse, and is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

18. Consumer Disclosure

Promotion Period: June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
Drawing Date: On or about July 8, 2026.
Prizes: Two Apple iPads, two Apple Watches, and six sets of Apple AirPods will be awarded.
Total Number of Prizes: Ten.
Approximate Retail Value:
• Apple iPad: $413 each; two awarded; total iPad ARV $826.
• Apple Watch: $329 each; two awarded; total Apple Watch ARV $658.
• Apple AirPods: $99 each; six awarded; total AirPods ARV $594.
• Total ARV of all prizes: $2,078.
Entry Limit: One entry per eligible person, regardless of method of entry.
